Next, about the pond that Margaery and Clementine broke when they had a car crash was quite hilarious. They didn't even seem that compatible as Clementine never seemed to listen to Margery and dragged her unwillingly into all sorts of things. Waking up 117 years later, Bob discovers his mind has been uploaded into a sentient space probe with the ability to replicate itself.Eliminate negativity and change your life with best-selling author, happiness expert and life coach Domonique Bertolucci.

I'm usually okay with that, especially in a first in series book when characters and setting have to be established.By the end of their first night, the local mayor lies dead on the floor of the hotel restaurant, having been poisoned by his meal. The plot is great, the character cast is spot on, and the dialogue and humor is so quick, smart, and addictive. Can they solve the mystery as deceit and chaos reigns, or will their killer pull off another deadly trick? The story began when Clementine and Margaery has been visited by Seren and announced that the head of the Kitchen is dead — Caroline. Also, this speedometer stuff on this small town is well-known that no driving fast in this town, you old lad.

The book is also unmistakably British, with copious references to school dinners, Quality Street, supermarket chains, and small towns where everyone knows each other’s business. The dinner ladies, Clementine and Margery work together in the cafeteria of a school, serving the students in the lunch line (why do they say dinner)? For Arthur Dent, who has only just had his house demolished that morning, this seems already to be more than he can cope with. The ladies interest in piqued and, when they manage to sneak into the freezer, they find a crime scene, rather than the scene of an accident. I was hoping that The Dinner Lady Detectives was going to join the group but it became evident very early on that this was not to be.

But Clementine and Margery are suspicious as things aren't adding up, they delve into the death and suspect it's really murder. Our Non-Fiction Range includes: Academic, Photography, Audio books, Business, Cook Books, Craft Books, Health and Fitness Books, Mind, Body, Spirit (Tarot). They make them at the dinner table, or in a meeting room, where personal history, your own unique view of the world, ego, pride, marketing, and odd incentives are scrambled together. To get through the book, I found myself scanning quickly through each page looking for the minimum I needed to read to stay with the plot and I didn’t need to read very much. The Characeters, oh boy I am speechless at the content of anything Clementine do always burst me into tears until I’m out of breath because my lungs cannot take her hilarious way of speaking.

The storyline about this detective thing did not really give me a thrill for the crime and to an extent, I was amazed by it. It is a delightful cozy read and easy to do if you want something in between books that have been a bit hard going, this is a nice one to pick up read in a couple of days. Things are always "ginormous", not enormous, large, expansive, or anything else but this out-of-character slang that I can't see POV character Margery using.I get the feeling that I'm supposed to interact with her like Rose from the Golden Girls but she's such a wet sponge with an inconsistent intellectual presence that I found it impossible to engage with her.
