not mentioned in the review: you can zoom in in macro mode what gives quite good macro capabilities. The Fujifilm XF 23mm F2 R WR delivers a 35mm full-frame equivalent field of view and stands out due to its small size and weather-resistant build. At first the shooting experience seemed awkward, but after a month with this camera, I feel very comfortable. button that switches which variable will be controlled by the lens ring, as well as a Video Record button. This isn't a camera that you'll want to use for capturing sports or birds in flights, but the continuous focus mode should help when trying to keep up with your toddler or pet.

It's a compact camera meant for either professionals or enthusiasts both of which supposedly own a DSLR or some other form of main "work horse" device for their serious shooting, yet here you are, both the reviewers and the people in the comments bitching non-stop about the most USELESS features imaginable! Great autofocus and low-light performance, 40fps, pro video features – six ways the full-frame hybrid EOS R8 can widen your creative horizons. There are moments with a pocket camera where I really want to "shoot from the hip" (the point of a pocket camera!I imported the TIFF images into the current version of Lightroom and applied the +25 Sharpening and Color Noise Reduction that the software normally applies to Raw images by default.

You can launch the Wi-Fi menu during image playback via the up direction of the rear control dial, or connect directly to a smartphone using a button on the right side. I have a G12 and have refused to get a newer Canon pocketable because of Canon's apparent decision to confine fully articulating screens to its DSLRs. But the brighter, longer lens of the Canon, along with its better range of external controls could be a convincing counter-argument. However, the Canon has touch to focus/shoot - which is great for fast shooting, just the cycle time before the next shot can be taken is not as fast as the Sony.Just follow the simple instructions, entering your personal details as required and we'll do the rest.

The RX100 III shows similar sharpness (2,494 lines) at its widest angle, and its edges are just a little bit sharper (1,769 lines). Its touch-screen display is very bright and I love the ability to tap an area of the display to choose the focus point, but I did miss having an EVF for eye-level shooting. The image quality is definitely better than a phone and its OK if you allow a waiter or a non photographer friend to take a photo.
